Assoc. Prof. Dr. Basanta Prasad Adhikari, with over 48 years of teaching experience, is the Research Director at Oxford College of Engineering and Management and Principal at Pragya Academic. He serves as an advisor to Oxford Secondary School and New Speedy Secondary School and supports multiple schools in Ratnanagar through volunteering efforts. As Chairperson of Saraswati Kendra Nepal, he focuses on advancing education at the grassroots level. His research interests include children’s studies, teaching challenges, and educational leadership, reflecting his commitment to improving education in Nepal.
